All financial members of the Docklands Chamber of Commerce are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting at Oscar’s Table on Newquay Promenade on Thursday the 16th of November beginning at 5.30pm.Nominations are also called for positions on the executive committee for the Docklands Chamber of Commerce.
11 executive positions will be vacated and nominated current financial members of the Docklands Chamber of Commerce will be eligible to stand.
All full current financial members are entitled to vote for an executive committee member.
As the 11 executive committee members have been decided they will then hold a short meeting to elect a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.
The nomination form is available below with the COB 6th November as the final date of acceptances.
